POLLING PLACE STATUTORY REQUIREMENTS
The Board of County Commissioners is required to designate precinct polling places at least 30 days prior to each County-run election. That designated location, wherever possible, must be the same for the general election as the primary election, must conform to appropriate accessibility standards, and must be arranged such to guarantee the right of a voter to cast a secret ballot. (Idaho Code §34-302)
POLLING PLACE ACCOMMODATIONS FOR DISABILITIES
Polling locations are compliant with the American Disabilities Act (ADA) for appropriate access as prescribed by the Help America Vote Act (HAVA). Curbside voting at all polling locations is also available for voters unable to enter the polling location due to physical or other disabilities. (Idaho Code §34-1108)
