NOTICE OF CANDIDATE FILING DEADLINE 

Pursuant to Idaho Code §34-1405, notice is hereby given of candidate filing deadlines for the following taxing districts that will be conducting candidate elections on Tuesday, November 5, 2024.  In order for a name to appear on the ballot, a candidate must file a Declaration of Candidacy form with the office of said districts no later than Friday, Aug 30, 2024 by 5:00 p.m.  Declaration of Candidacy forms can be obtained at the district office, online at https://www.cassia.gov/Forms , or at the Cassia County Election Office, 1459 Overland Avenue, Room 105, Burley, Idaho.  Individuals who run as write-in candidates must file a Declaration of Intent no later than Friday, Sept 6, 2024 by 5:00 p.m. 

Declaration of Candidacy Filing Deadline:

August 30, 2024, by 5:00 p.m.
